Hi! I’m Terry-Anne McPhail
I’m an Online Business Manager + Founder here at Qwerty Plus.
I created this practice because I strongly believe I can make a real difference to the success and profitability of the organisations I work with.
I love what I do, and I want to help you be able to spend more time doing what you love too.
All I ever wanted to do as a kid was to type without looking. I got my first typewriter when I was 5 years old, and when I was 16 years old I went to TAFE and learned to type like a “real secretary”.
I’ve tapped away on a keyboard daily ever since. My roles have included a bank secretary, office manager, tax return preparer, an IT and MYOB teacher, Bookkeeper, Practice Manager and State Business Support Manager.

Have Professional Indemnity insurance.
Can access to extended deadlines to lodge IAS and BAS.
Will liaise with the ATO on your behalf and access the ATO portal.
Charge less than an Accountant (but I can’t provide financial advice).
If I make an honest mistake on your BAS, you may be protected from penalties under the ATO’s “safe harbour” provisions.
BAS agents must adhere to a strict Code of Professional Conduct and undertake continuing professional development.
Must have a Quality Management System in place.
